Faculty Activity Report

Please complete this form fully and by the deadline. Faculty Activity Reports serve several important functions: they help Deans determine Annual Merit Increases (AMI); they provide a year-to-year record of faculty activities for Dean's Office use in Promotion, Renewal, and Reappointment cases; and they are an opportunity to update Gallatin on alumni accomplishments. Should you have any questions, please write to Anna Brown (ajb856@nyu.edu). Of note:

  • Please use the "Save Draft" button at the bottom of the page periodically to avoid losing work as you enter information.
  • You can return to saved work up to fifteen days after saving. After that you will need to re-enter your information. You must use the same browser (i.e Safari, Firefox, Chrome) to return to your form.
  • None of the activity fields are required, so the date can be left blank if necessary.
