Class Event Funding Request

Funding is available for a variety of class activities, including entrance fees to museums, tickets for performances, meals with students, or the purchase of materials related to your course. Funding is generally limited to $10 per person and is available on a reimbursement basis. Please note, however, there is additional funding available for theater tickets and in some cases Gallatin may be able to purchase tickets directly. Class event funding requests should be submitted for budget approval at least two weeks prior to the event date.This funding is not available for non-classroom courses such as independent studies and tutorials, and it may not be used to purchase alcoholic beverages for class events or outings.
