Instructions for completing the application

1. Make sure you are familiar with the academic content and policies of the Gallatin-Environmental Studies Partnership.
2. Meet with your faculty adviser to discuss this study option prior to submitting this application.
3. Complete all of the requested information on the form below.
4. As soon as you submit this application a confirmation email will be sent to you. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please contact the Gallatin Office of Student Services to make sure your form was received.
5. A few days after submitting the application, confirm with your adviser that he or she has received it and has sent approval to the Gallatin School.
6. Look for a communication from Professor Gene Cittadino, who will notify you of the admission decision.
