Urban Democracy Lab A/V Equipment Request

Please complete the following form to request Audio/Visual Equipment from the Office of Civic Engagement. Forms must be submitted at least 24 hours in advance of your intended reservation time. Note that submitting a request does not guarantee a reservation. Once your request has been reviewed, we will contact you with a confirmation and check-out appointment time. NYU offers students property/film/equipment insurance. We strongly urge you to take advantage of this option. The insurance will protect you against theft or damaged equipment, and is available for as low as $69 annually. Learn more about your insurance options. (Note: For most class-related and fellowship-related activities at Gallatin, the option for Student Personal Property Coverage should suffice.)
