Event Details

This form is used for events once they have gone through the proposal process and have been approved and scheduled. If you wish to propose an event you must fill out the Event Proposal Form first. This form is not for information sessions or meetings. 

Please provide names and emails of other organizers for this event
Please provide the confirmed location for this event. 
This will be used as a blurb for the Events Calendar and other marketing materials.

In order for us to publicize your event, organizers must provide an event description of 150 words or fewer.

If your event includes panelists or speakers, please note that bios should be 75 words or fewer for each speaker or panelist and should note their institutional affiliation (if applicable) 
Please provide us with the format for the event (panel discussion, conversation, film screening and talk back, reception, staged reading, gallery opening, live music, dance performance, etc.).

Allowed types: gif, jpg, jpeg, png.
Please upload an image for the event. This image will be used for the events calendar and other marketing materials. A square-oriented image is preferred that has NO TEXT. Include a photo credit or line of description.
Provide the timing for the event in as much detail as possible including any load-in or clean up times. Also indicate if you would like tech time. We will determine our ability to provide this based on staffing and scheduling. 
For example will you have PowerPoint presentations? Music? Video? Microphones? Will you need a table for a panel discussion or other furniture? Please be as specific as possible.
