This form is used for events once they have gone through the proposal process and have been approved and scheduled. If you wish to propose an event you must fill out the Event Proposal Form first. This form is not for information sessions or meetings.

This will be used as a blurb for the Events Calendar and other marketing materials.

In order for us to publicize your event, organizers must provide an event description of 150 words or fewer.

If your event includes panelists or speakers, please note that bios should be 75 words or fewer for each speaker or panelist and should note their institutional affiliation (if applicable)

Please upload an image for the event. This image will be used for the events calendar and other marketing materials. A square-oriented image is preferred that has NO TEXT. Include a photo credit or line of description.

Logistics and Operations

Provide the timing for the event in as much detail as possible including any load-in or clean up times.

Will you need a table for a panel discussion or other furniture?  Will you have PowerPoint presentations? Music? Video? Microphones? Please be as specific as possible.
